At Versus Training Center located in downtown Vancouver, our Martial arts programs are designed to instill confidence and aid children and adults in developing to their fullest potential. Love working out in a group as much as you love getting the personal attention? Well, you no longer have to choose one over the other. Work out with a trainer in groups of 6 or less.

Whether it’s partying, circuits or kickboxing, it’s more fun in a group! Most of our fitness classes are capped at 15, so you will still get plenty of attention from your fitness coach and feed off the energy of a group of really cool people… just like you.
