- Our athletes are put through a comprehensive assessment including strength & conditioning testing, flexibility and flexibility screening.
- We believe in safe scientific athletic conditioning. We have in-house Kinesiologists and rehabilitation specialists.
- We integrate injury prevention exercises each session and guide athletes safely through graduated levels of exercise.
- We believe that elite performance in sports is dependent on many factors coming together such as power, speed, strength, agility, flexibility/mobility, aerobic & anaerobic endurance, and a belief in yourself above all else.
