PAYMENTS | CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
We require your credit card on file for ongoing month-to-month memberships. You can choose to use this card for your payments or you can pay using cash, cheque, debit or a different credit card.
ALL OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS ARE CLEARED AT THE END OF THE WEEK USING THIS CARD.
If you would prefer not to have this card used every week please ensure you are paid up to date.
ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM
We use a very secure, accurate online registration system that you yourself can access from the comfort of your own home. In order to use this you must be entered into our system with a current email address. You can do this through us or online.
There is a transaction fee that is payable to our software/payment gateway provider (The Active Network). This transaction fee is non-refundable, similar to that of Ticketmaster or other online service providers. Alternatively you may register in person or over the phone and skip this convenience fee.
CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULING
24 hours notice is needed to reschedule or cancel your appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is given your appointment is charged for at full price. If you are unsure as to your schedule the day before we recommend playing it safe and letting us know in advance. We can always try fitting you back in should you decide on the day that you can in fact attend your appointment.
NOTE: We need this notice so we can make this time available to other clients wanting to train at your time. We very often can’t accommodate people due to lack of availability so please understand that without this notice we are in fact losing revenue, hence why we have this cancellation policy in place.
GROUPS | DIFFERENT BILLING INFORMATION
If you want to pay for other members or vice versa, please tell us so we can set this up in our system. Also, if you would like to pay under a different name all together (like a company name) please tell us and we will be happy to set this up for you.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on any memberships. This includes pre-paid monthly packages and personal training or private lessons. If you are unsure of possible schedule changes that may affect your training, we recommend that you do drop-ins or punch passes that allow more flexibility with usage. Memberships and pre-purchased sessions are also non-transferable.
BE ON TIME
You must be on time to all classes. You cannot join any class if you are more than 5 minutes late or if you have missed the warm-up portion of the class. This is to minimize the chances of you injuring yourself and for that reason we must be very firm on this rule. If you are late more than 5 minutes you Cannot partake in class.
