* Please note schedule is subject to change. To participate in FighterBody Training, you must have a baseline of fitness and register for at least one month. By doing so, you will have access to all Fitness Camp classes as well. No martial Arts experience is necessary as this is NOT a martial arts class. rather an athletic conditioning class.

* Please note schedule is subject to change. Semi Private Training is capped at 6 trainees per instructor. They often fill up fast so register early. Participants must commit to one month at a time in order to register. New sessions begin at the start of each month and are subject to minimum of 3 registrations per time slot.
