Fitness Camps
When was the last time you had a workout that gave you deliciously sore muscles for a week? If it took you more than 3 seconds to answer this question, you obviously need to kick start your fitness. Our fitness bootcamps are designed to Jump-start your way into a healthier lifestyle. Our bootcamps are progressive, diverse, and above all, heaps of fun. Class size is limited and you will go through a variety of activities such as Spinning, Circuits, Plyometrics, Kickboxing, Unconventional Training and more.
FighterBody Fitness Conditioning Class
This “strength and conditioning” program uses the same methods you have seen on TV to prepare the world’s best athletes for their greatest fights. This is NOT Martial Arts training and no Martial Arts experience is required. This is an overall strength conditioning class that will give results.
Over the next 4 weeks your body will start to transform into a “fighter’s body”, like you are preparing for your very own championship fight. Learn the unconventional training techniques and nutritional secrets to unlock your body’s greatest fitness potential.
The workouts are designed as timed circuits developed with the sole intention of kicking your butt and helping you to achieve better conditioning and better times. The circuits consist of conventional as well as many unconventional training techniques. You will also take home some nutritional advice to maximize your training potential. Please note that FBT is recommended for martial artists and athletes with a baseline of fitness and clean bill of health.
Semi-Private Fitness Training
If you’re looking for a trainer to give you some direction and help you achieve your fitness goals but the personal touch of one-to-one training is a little too rich for your blood, then take advantage of our Semi-Private Training. You’ll get all the wonderful features of personal training at a much more attractive price and in a small group setting. This program is open to anyone but does require a minimum baseline level of fitness either through our group challenges or minimum 3 months of regimented exercise.
Personal Fitness Training

Quite simply, the difference between working out on your own or having a personal trainer is similar to taking your vehicle to a mechanic rather than fixing it yourself. You may know your own vehicle very well – since you drive it everyday – but let’s face it, the mechanic will do a much better job fixing it. But what is it that separates Versus Training Center from all other options? We produce results because all our trainers actively practice what they teach. Our trainers come from varying sport and fitness backgrounds, from competitive bodybuilding to mixed martial arts, that helps diversify and build the knowledge pool of the training team. We also have registered kinesiologists on staff should you need to do a bit of rehab work. Our staff are certified and highly educated with a great track record. They also happen to be the some of the most genuine and fun people to be around that we have ever come across. That’s the main reason we took them on.
